WE DID IT!
Our Back Story:

TARDEC (The United States Army Tank Automotive Research, Development and Engineering Center) has acknowledged that SafetyWatch Technologies, Inc. as the first Company to develop an electronic system that moves live data around a tractor-trailer. USDOT Level I inspector’s remarked that our brake reporting system is simple, accurate, easily accessible, and is stand-alone without interfering or being part of any brake action.

Encouraged by executives at Bendix Brakes, major fleet owners, mechanics and insurance underwriters we continued our research and development.

As we know, manual push-rod readings may not be that reliable. A system showing real time brake status would contribute significantly to reducing excessive fines for out-of-adjustment brakes and increase highway safety dramatically.

Success came through the determination of a group of women. Women were our first investors and women from law enforcement to CVSA inspectors contributed to our success on their own time, at their own expense because of their enthusiasm for safer highways in this country.

We also thank the guys that have contributed along the way. Men that supported American know-how, brought excellence to the developmental table, and understood the real highway safety need for a brake reporting system such as ours.

The people at SafetyWatch Technologies, Inc. have developed a product that measures and reports brake push-rod position, timing and brake status on heavy trucks in real time. The product is highly accurate and incredibly durable as practical field-testing has shown.

Why the Cat?
MAC, John Deere, Dane, and most other four-legged critters were already taken; as for Caterpillar.......... too many legs.
