Program Outline:

• All component parts inspected at all levels to include:
• Incoming inspection.
• In-process inspection
• Final inspection.
• At all three levels of inspection we test for:
• Any failure effect: cause & correction evaluation.
• Process controls.
• Quality of the product itself.
• We have process controls active and in-place.
• Our reliability level is continual and ongoing. Testing is conducted in a real time setting.
• Electronic signal levels are field tested and functioning on working vehicles.
